present result shows that applicants with quality experience, OR (especially) some STANDARD work experience from any advanced or English country like Ireland / Singapore, South Africa / England etc., , OR a training/ professional education from Advanced country, get first and fast result than others, yes,  quality /merit of working experience is a big factor to  get fast sponsorship from Ca & Au

NOTICE- up to date result;-
all applicants applied
 with good overseas (any developed country) work experience and  7+ band IELTS  got nomination (total 7 applicants), 

Now coming result to applicants- 
with high quality experience  + overall 7 IELTS, 
we expect selection up to individual 6 in this session

If time does not a matter, 
we expect nomination to all applicants who have got good work experience (result shows experience merit / grade is high matter there) and minimum  6+ (rarely 5.5 also) band IELTS holders
in age group of 25-43* (most employers prefer 25 - 35 age group)

now Mr. Ajith is out of India for a short time. temporarily in a project work there, but up to next session starting. 
If get +ve result to 50% above we will collect further applications, (requirement to inner Australia is much, but processing some slow, as because employer nominated category new there in Australia have no consultants to help employers to gain a legal nomination from concerned dept. that is the reason for delay,  different employers have different requirements that is why not collect now).
 
We will try to place others (who won't get here) in any other countries, matching to their profile, especially medical staffs

BIGGBIZ MANAGEMENT is neither direct recruiter (Intl. recruitment agency)  nor immigration agency, but is special immigration consultants only, linking with Intl. employer associations, to help applicant & Employer (1) for direct employer sponsorship & (2) Sponsored Category PR visa application process and Intl. based employer – employee interlinking service. Yes, like Gulf /Middle East Recruitment agencies, not handle or offer visa or visa service here. And that is not possible in the cases of Canada & Australia visa process.
Yes, we are a facilitator to Intl. employers and employer associations to source required workers / special trainees direct 

 M/s. BIGGBIZ MANAGEMENT not deals direct visa /work visa/ recruitment and  not representing any recruiter /not collecting original documents / passport / money /payment at any cost on behalf of any.  We also assisting candidates in documents preparation, like special CV, Credential evaluation report and notary attestation purpose on candidates' expense.  We not make interview candidates for employer. We assist genuine employers / job applicants / proposed migrants in immigration visa application procedure and direct employer nomination process. 

We not collect / demand any advance /registration/ upfront/ payment for visa or/ any from candidate. M/s. BIGGBIZ MANAGEMENT explain / guide visa application process according to present immigration / permanent visa application rule / regulations from concerned country & dept. and any future change in visa / immigration rules & regulations positively or negatively affects applicants, that is beyond M/s. BIGGBIZ MANAGEMENT control. The applicants here agree all our terms well advance to accept our service. 

M/s. BIGGBIZ MANAGEMENT not direct MARA or  CSIC Registered, But offer service of MARA & CSIC registered agents, on demand, if candidate / applicant ready to pay their high fee, considering case and location, in PR visa application process. We use more than one registered consultant's service on need indeed, but not a agent of a registered member and not declare a registration number here.  Remember - to offer assistance / consultant service in immigration process in India, mara or csic membership / registration is not at all must.  

Then using service of a particular MARA or CSIC agent's  service permanently is not practical in our case, because we deal regional / provincial employer sponsored visa scheme, need provincially experienced agent. That is why? We use service of different registered agents on need indeed only.

Premium service - is one that when applicant need mara or csic registered  member's service from starting, it is some 50% high of present rate, explained in this webpage. But mara or csic agents not offer employer nomination service at all, they offer advice in visa application process only.

In our present service - we use costly registered agent's service if need indeed only, that is why we not demand any advance / registration fee and so, total expense is very low, but if you need premium service, advance / registration fee is must, depending mara or CSIC agent's demand and total cost will be 50% more, comparing present rate.
      
Note: Please understand that M/s. BIGGBIZ MANAGEMENT is employer nomination & PR visa application consultancy only, but not recruitment agency. No need RC from Overseas Ministry / Embassy  here and we are not engaged in Gulf recruitment or any service also..
