Yes, Start from Employer Nomination Application Submission Process. Submit the Following Documents, as part of employer nomination application process.

SUBMIT NOW - for employer nomination purpose.

Checklist-01-june1.   Immigration purpose special make RESUME.

If you can't prepare such one, Please forward Self Prepared Detailed Resume with all relevant information (we take resources from this resume to prepare special Immigration CV for you, for employer nomination and visa application purpose)

2.     Passport size Photos (2 Nos.) – professional photos preferred. This is for employer nomination application only.

3.     Pass port copies (front, back and all stamped pages), if have only. Not must now, need after 3 months.   

4.     SSLC, +2, trade certificate or diploma or and  Degree and PG (if PG holder) certificates copies (including all mark list copies) 

 (a) Notary Attestation required  Canadian / Australian Notary Verification & Attestation required for your  Professional Certificate Copy. Canadian notary in the case of Canada Case / Australian notary in the Australian case.

In the case of some Nurses - considering their English proficiency / IELTS score / nursing course quality / work experience quality etc-  skill assessment agency / nursing registration board may recommend a short term (1-3 month) adaptation training there, if so, the sponsor / employer will help to complete that, Don't worry.  Note:- If Nursing board suggest / recommend a short term adaptation course, in advance to issuing final trade license / nursing registration, that recommendation from board and adaptation course offer (from employer) enough to apply for / get  permanent work visa**.

In the case CANADA:-  to work as registered nurse, CRNE (CANADIAN REGISTERED NURSES EXAMINATION) and concerned permanent Registration  must- Here also employer / sponsor offer letter and help to temporary registration up to getting final registration, and after getting final registration you get permanent work visa / PR also under, under arranged employment scheme. .

As being regional based liberal scheme, comparatively low band IELTS Score accepting here, like 5 - 6 band,
depending your profession. Even in the cases of nurses & pharmacists 6+ band IELTS is working here

While, as you know in general scheme  7+ band academic must now.

Remember- If you have no IELTS now, You have time to prepare for IELTS. Yes, IELTS not must for first step employer nomination application  processing. So, First apply for employer nomination now as per instructed above  and along with start IELTS preparation. Yes, IELTS need after 8 months only to apply for skill assessment / registration / Permanent work visa application etc.

Anyway higher IELTS score is a merit & plus point, to move to metro cities fast. 


WITHOUT IELTS SCHEME (NO NEED IELTS SCHEME)


This scheme is applicable only to nurses who are ready  to work in rural / very regional / low populated village areas of Australia or Canada -under employer bond. Designation is 
as non -licensed nurses / care assistants. Their salary will be only 60 - 70% of registered nurse (For example - if registered nurse get Rs. 1,50,000/ month, this non licensed nurse will get Rs. 80,000 - 1,00,000 / month only., . In this non licensed nurses case, bond will be 5 yrs or more (this labor agreement category visa). Remember - Even if IELTS not must , Proper English communication skill is must. 

In the case of without ielts scheme, total expense is below 2 lakh only..!!   

If you wish - After Reaching There - You can start self preparation to improve English proficiency and can sit for IELTS  Exam (if get better score) can apply for nursing board registration, to be a registered nurse in future. Conditions apply.

• You must have good English language ability – Employer sponsored visa case, some regional employers offer English proficiency training after reaching Australia, exceptionally. IELTS 5.5 - 6 Band accepted here in this Employer sponsored permanent visa scheme (but in general / independent category or regional govt. sponsored schemes strictly need 7 band

• You and all family unit members meet mandatory health and character requirements.

4.   IELTS:- IELTS not must for employer nomination application submission, but along with documents submission, start preparation to IELTS. Because  IELTS need after 7-8 months from now to visa / skill assessment application purpose. So, We advise you to start preparation for IELTS test now onward, if not have now (We will provide you all study materials, trial tests and telephonic contact classes for a nominal cost Rs.1500/-, if need). IELTS 6+ band also accepting in direct employer sponsored scheme

Note:- In  general / independent / regional govt. sponsored visa schemes, nursing work visa require of IELTS score (academic) is 7. Here in DIRECT EMPLOYER / REGIONAL SPONSORED SCHEME - it is liberal scheme -  That is why IELTS average 6 band will be accepted, along with employer letter / labor agreement, who will be taken responsibility to improve English proficiency through out bond period / agree to support adaptation training.  During this period improve English well by using Adult migrant English program (AMEP) facility / any other source and to move to prime locations.  Attraction- market salary is applicable inner and outer Australia now.
