SUBMITTING FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS
1. Immigration purpose special make RESUME. If you can't prepare such one, Please forward Self Prepared Detailed Resume with all relevant information (we take resources from this resume to prepare special Immigration CV for you, for employer nomination and visa application purpose)
2. Passport size Photos (2 Nos.) – professional photos preferred. This is for employer nomination application only.
3. Pass port copies (front, back and all stamped pages), if have only. Not must now, need after 3 months.
4. SSLC, +2, trade certificate or diploma or and Degree and PG (if PG holder) certificates copies (including all mark list copies)
(a) Overseas Notary Attestation required Canadian / Australian Notary Verified & Attested Professional Certificate Copy. Canadian notary in the case of Canada Case / Australian notary in the Australian case.
Here also, if you can't make attestation, we will assist you. So, forward Indian notary attested professional certificate copy (not gazetted officer), we will make overseas attestation for you. For NRI applicants, who face problem in making notary attestation there, we will do here in India for you.
(Here Professional certificate mean - for example, if you are a GNM / B.Sc nurse, your B.Sc / GNM Certificate only, if you are graduate engineer, your BE/B.tech Certificate)
(b) Professional credential evaluation report from Canada / US agency, in the case Canada Program. Here also if you can't make one, we will assist you.
(c) Preferred - submit transcript, credit details and syllabus details of diploma or Degree and P.G if have (not must)

5. Employer certificates copies or work experience certificate, if you have any work experience - notary attestation preferred, not must.

STEPS - FROM START UP TO VISA GRANT

- After getting employer nomination – Register and sit for IELTS Test.
- Now you have got (a) employer nomination (b) IELTS
- Now you are fully ready to apply for trainee visa and submit for.
- After first assessment of your visa application (by dept.) advice to take medical and police clearance.
- Now you have granted your visa and ready to move. These all formalities take 12 - 15 months normally.
- Normally paid trainee position is for 2 years, in this two years you do must formalities for permanent visa application, like skill assessment, trade licensing etc., there, with help of employer / sponsor. Anyway within 2-3 years you will be granted permanent visa.

Q. 1. If I couldn’t complete must formalities for permanent visa granting (yes, after reaching in Australia within 24 months), like skill assessment, in trade licensing / council registration, not meeting IELTS score etc., what may be my status there?
A.1. Sure. You must to come back. You can’t continue there legally after Trainee visa period. But you not face any financial loss by this, because anyway you will cover your expense by your earning & you get good experience. But full of tTRAINEE visa validity period you can stay there.
Comment - There is no chance to return, because almost all, even average migrants will be completed theses formalities within 12 - 18 months. 100%
Q.2. After reaching there in Australia if I fee that place is not best for me and I decide to return. Can I come back? Have any restriction?
A.1. You can come back. No any restrictions. But overtaking your sponsor is not allowed. I.e. if you want changing sponsor or you want to try general immigration etc., may not be allowed. In this situation your sponsor assure your deportation, because that will affect him.
Q.3. I have some more doubts regarding this scheme. How can I clear?
A.3. You can visit office for a direct meet. Or you can contact us by telephone or email with specific queries.
Q. 4. What is mean by American / Australian Notary attestation?
A. 4. Employers / sponsors are from Australia. They have to identify our certificate’s genuine first & then after to submit before Australian authority as part of legal sponsoring approval. Australian / American notary verified & true copy attested certificates are valued before them. (Remember – sending original certificates along with issued institute’s / university’s profile is not practical & safe here).
Q. 5. I have not specially prepared resume & Au. / US notary (true copy) attested certificates or other alternatives. How can I apply now?
A. 5. American / Australian notary attested (true copy) certificates or any above said alternatives must to apply now. So, You have two options....
(a) Try yourself direct or by help of friends or relatives staying in Australia / America - it is not a tough task. OR
(b) Assign us that duty by Paying us Rs. 20,000/- its cost
Q. 6. Can I arrange American / Australian notary attestation myself?
A. 6. Of course. You can do that self. You first make attestation from Indian notary and forward this Indian notary attested copies to Au./US notary along with (required) payment. They will attest & return to you. Some overseas notaries require original certificates to verify. (we not recommend sending original at all)
Q.7. What about specially prepared resume mean?
A.7. There have to mention all duties & responsibilities (as instructed in immigration occupational duties). This is not like to domestic purpose because overseas employer study & assess you by this resume. Quality resume with real identity a must factor here in immigration visa application process.
Q. 8. If I assign you (m/s. Biggbiz management) the duty of resume preparation & certificate attestation, Can I get one copy to keep?
A. 8. One copy of resume OK. If you need one copy notary attested certificate, you have to pay double (here with us attestation fee Rs. 8000/- for one copy, so you have pay Rs. 16000/- for two copies).
Q. 9. Can You (m/s. Biggbiz Management) guarantee visa to me?
A 9. Here visa rejection chance is almost no, under DIRECT EMPLOYER SPONSORSHIP, because your sponsor takes responsibility. Moreover no more tough formalities / interviews / hurdles from visa officials because all responsibilities goes to your sponsor. But nobody (including MARA agents) can guarantee visa & such guaranteeing of visa is illegal. Visa is a matter of foreign country; rarely any political / economical reform / policy change may cause to delay…
Q 10. Can I have to take money with me? Does need any bank balance proof to visa application?
A 10. No. 100% No. Because of sponsored scheme, your employer takes responsibility there. From first day onward you start earning there. Bank balance / amount with you proof is mostly required in general schemes (where no sponsor & no job guarantee on arrive) and you have to meet all living expenses up to getting a job. But here you have a sponsor & job guarantee on arrive there.
This (no need of fund) is also applicable Two stage scheme & ENS /RSMS Permanent Visa.
Q 11. If I take my family with, can I afford expense especially temporary visa period?
A 11. That depends to you. Comparably food expense is very less in Australia, especially in regional area and mostly accommodation (standard room facility) allowed by employer free of cost. Your partner can find a job there after simple procedures. So affordable. Anyway you can take partner with.
Q. 12. Which certificates are attested (submit to attest) by Au./US notary?
A. 12. Your basic professional / technical qualification / training proof certificate & work experience certificate. i.e. suppose you are b.tech engineer, your b.tech certificate is attested. If you are a B.Sc nurse, your B.Sc certificate. if you are ITI / ITC trained technician, your NCVT / other approved certificate AND matching experience certificate.
Q. 13. How do get employer nomination for me?

Q. 15. Why don’t need skill assessment report, trade registration or IELTS now?
A. 15. Our first phase (here in India) is not permanent visa or skilled immigration visa processing. It is only employer sponsored (short term / temporary) TRAINEE VISA. But in second phase permanent visa – employer sponsored skilled immigration visa - application processing (there being in Australia) need IELTS, positive Skill assessment and trade registration etc., to grant employer sponsored permanent visa.
Q. 16. My certificates are attested by UAE consulate, is it acceptable?
A. 16. No. Here accepts only Australian or American Notary attested original copies or any above said alternatives. UAE attestation somehow not accepts all over Middle East…!! It is not a notary category attestation valuable in Australia.
